Bridget Richards, CCIM SIOR

Bridget Richards, SIOR, CCIM has 18 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and Development. Her areas of expertise are Office, Light Industrial and Occupier Services (Owner-User Services). She is one of only 9 professionals in Southern Nevada with both CCIM and SIOR credentials. Ms. Richards developed an award winning Flex project (NAIOP Spotlight Award – Small Industrial Park 2017), http://www.sunsetlandinglv.com and is currently developing other projects in the area.



Bridget Richards is a dual-licensed Broker in the State of Nevada – Broker for both BRAND Real Estate and Perry Guest Companies Nevada. She has sold/leased over $750,000,000 in transaction volume since 2004. Those closed transactions were comprised of investment and owner-user sales as well as sales of condo-style commercial properties in the Office and Light Industrial categories.

In her current role, Richards’ focuses on matchmaking people and properties that are well-suited for each other. She specializes in creating stand-alone brands for each project; whether it is a new ground up development or a re-positioning effort for existing assets. She researches the origins of demand and applies macro-economic trends to the local market during the site selection process. She draws from her market insight, historical knowledge and long standing relationships to provide buyers, tenants, property owners and investors a best-in-class experience.

Bridget Richards is an entrepreneur who is fascinated with trend-spotting and developing business concepts to meet pent up demand. She has assisted in taking more than thirty companies public on the OTC:BB and helped establish dozens of successful start-ups from 1997 to 2001 while working with a private investment firm headquartered in Las Vegas. Bridget became engaged in commercial real estate in 2004 when she joined Shea Commercial, a leading developer of office projects throughout the Southwest region of the United States.

Richards has received several awards, including the CoStar Power Broker Award, 40 Under 40 and recognition as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Las Vegas.

Elizabeth Castrejon

Elizabeth is a native Nevadan raised within a family culture of real estate construction and development. She has a tremendous understanding of real estate. Elizabeth has experience in deal management, client support, and specializes in ensuring the best client experience throughout the life of the transaction from the first call to the close of escrow. She enjoys the people aspect of real estate so client relations is a natural fit. She strives to give the client the utmost attention and responsiveness with an optimistic, can-do attitude.


Elizabeth works with Landlords, Tenants, Sellers, Buyers of commercial real estate properties. She is also pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Elizabeth’s responsibilities include Market Analysis, Lease Comparison Analysis, Tour Itinerary, Seamless Move-in and Business Starts, Initial Property Survey, and all the things related to Relocation Support. Elizabeth has been licensed and active in the commercial real estate industry since 2017 with close to 20 million in transaction volume. Elizabeth is a proud graduate of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Institute Class of 2020 and is working towards her CCIM designation. Out of the office she enjoys nature and working out. She is a firm believer in the benefits of yoga; believing it brings mental, physical, and spiritual balance with a sense of warming peace to the body. She is the first person to offer help when needed and is always a team player.
